If you have any questions about size/measurements, we would be happy to help you make the right selection. in the event that we mistakenly send a wrong or defective item, Totlog will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

How do i return or exchange an item?  Mistakes happen, and when they do, we will exchange or refund the item(s). However, the tags must be intact with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the tags. The return item should be sent to

Please note you are responsible for your own return shipping cost to our warehouse.

Refunds for Purchases: Your refund will in most cases be issued via the same payment method that you used for your original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s). Please allow up to two weeks for the processing returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains your order and delivery information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Totlog Fashion may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or pay pal  payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

If you change your mind we are happy to exchange and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping cost are non refundable.
