Have you examined your heart recently? Few weeks ago I was at my chruch conference and the man of God was talking about the heart.

And ever since the conference for me I have Continual been scanning, dig deep. What is in my heart?

Have I  purposefully or unconsciously harbour Offences, unforgiveness, letdowns, quarrels, disappointments and many more inside my heart that I haven’t dealt with.

Life is a journey and along that journey, we come across so many people, encounter situations that directly or indirectly can shape us.

You know what you have been through and the lessons that life has taught you but the good news is you are still here.

How are you keeping guard of what is in your heart?

Make the effort to heal and be delivered from the pain of the past through the help of the holy spirit and if you need to seek Counseling by all mean, please do.

I am on a journey and so help me God. What about you?
