I woke up this morning with no motivation whatsoever to exercise but to stay in bed.
Have you ever experience this or am I the only one on this table?
It’s Monday and how I start my morning kind of set the tone for the day so I quickly got dressed, logged in and started.
I gave it my all but deep down inside I felt like the time has its own mind???.
If you think one minute is short ,try do a plank then you will know that the one minute feels like an one hour ???.
Exercise and healthy eating is a full time commitment and if don’t discipline yourself all the weight you have lost at the beginning will come back.
if you have been there you know what I am talking about.
The truth is I felt so much better after the exercise.
Do you Give in or Get going on days like this?
My answer is understand your signals and do what is right at all times.
You can tell when you are lazy or really need a day off. For me I knew it was laziness so I quickly got up and got on with it.
Remember that you can do all things through Christ that strengthens you .Phil 4:13)
Keep pushing as that’s the only way you can achieve the results you want.
